Pride Youngstown started the Youngstown Pride Festival. This is the main event for Pride Youngstown each year! Now in its 7th year, the Pride Festival will feature entertainment, family activities, food and gift vendors, bar, a Disco Dance tent and information tables from local organizations and businesses.

In 2015 Youngstown Pride Festival will turn lucky 7. Pride will begin the week of June 8 and continue through the week with the annual Pride Parade and Pride Festival on Saturday June 13, and community picnic on Sunday, June 14, 2015!
Pride Youngstown is a participant in The Youngstown World AIDS Day Committee (YWADC), which holds a walk and candle light vigil in downtown Youngstown to promote awareness of HIV/AIDS in observation of World AIDS Day. The YWADC is a group of concerned Youngstown residents, affiliated with local nonprofit groups, decided to plan the event. The walk and candle light vigil begins on the steps of the Mahoning County Courthouse, past the Youngstown Police Department and ends at the B&O Station
We will be launching Brownbag Brunch featuring prominent community leaders in a casual luncheon environment for every day citizens to meet and talk with local leaders in a small setting. Enjoy a light brunch bring all of your concerns, questions and opinions about your local city to your local government leaders. This is a great opportunity to find out the latest news of what’s happening in your own community.
